Length and the corner count come from the Bloxron card. A second wiki agrees it is stage 4 and that it is a 2.9 km canyon. I have not driven it.

Four pieces, not one hero restart
River dirt, side-canyon climb, stream bridges, a sandstone arch, then switchbacks back down. Guides describe sectors 1 to 4 compared with your own best. That personal split is more useful here than a global record nobody certifies.

Nothing official says so. It is the longest and the highest corner count on the community card. That is all.
Are the 51 corners confirmed in-game?
Not by this site. They are on the Bloxron card and should be read off Stage Select before you quote them as your own.
